Sale of the entire artist's studio of Madame Marina BARDET. Figurative then abstract painter. Her studio was located on avenue de Breteuil in Paris, then near the Butte Montmartre.
From an almost naïve figurative style, the artist rapidly evolved towards a vigorous, swirling abstraction, sometimes dark, sometimes richly colored. Most of the works offered for sale here are unmounted, without stretchers.
