ITALY - Genoa, circa 1750. A pair of armchairs with a walnut frame, molded and carved with a design of flowers and acanthus scrolls. The armrests are slightly recessed, and the arm pads feature flowing shapes. Upholstered in pale pink velvet. Height: 98 cm Width: 102.5 cm Depth: 50.5 cm Patina from use; some signs of wear. Provenance: Genoa, Palazzo Leicari.
