History:
Founded in 1912 by René Guilleré for Le Printemps department store, Atelier Primavera aimed to democratize decorative art by offering contemporary-inspired furniture and objects, often marked by the Art Deco style, mass-produced by renowned craftsmen and manufacturers. Its innovative concept, crowned with success and imitated by other department stores, made Primavera a major player in interior design until it ceased production in 1972.
