In the taste of Aubusson tapestries -XXth century Acteon and Artemis Hand-woven tapestry in wool. Acteon is decorated by his dogs because he coveted Semelé (Zeus' protégée, who wants to make her his mistress). Artemis, on the instructions of the master of Olympus, transforms Acteon into a stag. Salmon-pink border decorated with garlands of crenellated branches and pastel floral bulbs. Dimensions: 175 cm x 190 cm. Good condition.
