SPAIN - 17th century. Exceptional "Bargueño" travel cabinet with walnut frame. On all sides, it features a rich ironwork framework, including interlaced hinges, a hasp lock and handles. The flap reveals a theater of thirteen drawers, three of which are secret, in molded walnut, lacquered in partial ivory polychrome and gilded, with architectural decor of columns, capitals and shell handles.
