The model created by the artist for the decoration of the restaurant La Coupole in Paris, XIVth.
A Russian-born glassmaker active in Paris in the 1930s, Anatole Riecke is renowned for his Art Deco creations in etched or opaline glass. He was notably involved in decorating La Coupole in Montparnasse.
