CATHEDRALE" WORK
Exceptional "Cathedrale"-type chaise chauffeuse in molded wood, richly carved with openwork decoration of interlacing, orbevoies and Gothic arcatures on the seat belt, sides, top and back of the backrest. The seat's pediment is adorned with a coat of arms featuring a sheaf of wheat and a dove plunging from the chief, as well as the motto "D'en Haut" under a count's crown.
It rests on four swiveling fluted legs terminating in metal castors.
Upholstered in a Petit Point tapestry featuring a Gothic décor of arcatures, foliage and flowers.
