CHATENAY in VERSAILLES Portico clock in white marble, black marble and chased ormolu decorated with foliate friezes, foliate scrolls, knotted ribbons and a music trophy, resting on six small toupee feet. It is crowned by a vase of flowers and features two pilasters supporting the enamelled dial with Roman numerals and signed railway minute track. The base is decorated with a love frieze in the CLODION style. Late 18th century. Height: 54 cm. Width: 35 cm. Small chips and accidents, including the pendulum.
