Neo-Baroque style from the 20th century. Circa 1940-1950. Height: 44.5cm Diameter: 80cm Note: Robert MERCERIS was a Master Ironworker active in the 1940s/50s, following in the footsteps of such great names as Gilbert POILLERAT.
