Model 1821 infantry officer's saber. Handle covered in stingray with filigree. Brass mounting, two-prong guard. Curved blade with hollow sides, one-third engraved and signed "Warranted". Leather scabbard with three brass fittings (bolt to be refastened). A.B.E. USA, mid-19th century, based on the 1821 model.
