MELLERIO DITS MELLER - 1950S/60S Elegant drapery necklace formed in the center by two lines of falling brilliant-cut diamonds. Two stylized X-shaped clasps paved with small 8/8-cut diamonds hold a choker set with smaller brilliant-cut diamonds. Set in platinum (dog head) and 18K white gold (eagle head). Signed Mellerio Paris and numbered 783 ch. French work. Gross weight: 64.81 gr. Length around neck: 43 cm. Total diamond weight: approx. 15 carats. Expert opinion on diamond quality: color G/H, clarity VS/SI, two small fluorescent stones (see necklace plan).
